You are looking for some land to build a house on. The real estate agent shows you some land that has many beautiful ferns growing everywhere and a lot of mossy areas. Do you think this would be a wise place to build a house? Why or why not?

This is not a wise place to build a house.

    Explanation:

It's not a wise place to build a house because if there are ferns growing everywhere it's most likely that it's greenland, which is not a good decision to build on because you are wasting greenland and that's not good for the natural plants and animals living there. That's why you should build on a brownfield site because on a brownfield site there's already used land so it's easier to build on and it doesn't waste space and on brownfield sites it's most likely to be near the city so you can get to work faster or be able to get to the shops faster rather then being situated on greenland where you may not have all the facilities you would have if you would live next to the city.
