    The third stage in the development of a full tropical cyclone is the dissipation stage together with the formative and mature stage. In the formative stage, moist air moves upward causing rainfall and the circulation of the air. The cyclonic rotation is produced as more moist air are lifted. The mature stage is characterized by the increased wind speed and the sudden drop of the pressure while in the dissipation stage, the cyclone has gone weaker.
