    Most important difference is that renewable energy are energy that are replenished after usage on a human time scale while non renewable energy are not replenish after usage. it takes eons. This energy source are limited

    Renewable energy are natural source of energy that are usually clean. These energy source are easily replenished on a human time scale even after prolonged excessive usage. Generally, this energy are produced from sources that do not deplete when used and are replenished on a human scale. Examples of renewable sources of energy are sunlight, wind energy, hydro thermal, geothermal and biomass.

    Nonrenewable energy are energy that are usually refereed to as dirty source of energy because of the negative impact it has on the environment. These energy source are limited and are not replenished by natural process on a human time scale. This energy is a source of energy that will eventually run out. This energy source are not replenished with the speed at which they are been consumed. New supplies of this energy takes eons (thousand or millions of years). Examples of non renewable energy sources is fossil fuels like coal, gas and oil.
