The answer to your question is B. False. Although a seismograph can track the seismic activities as the earth’s tectonic plates move during an earthquake, the technology to predict earthquakes has never been invented yet. However, scientists can "predict" that there will be a major earthquake in the future based on their studies with the soil movement, but it never had a specified date. Scientists can only do so much as a wild guess to say that there will be an earthquake on a specific time and place.
