    Francisco Pizarro had less than 200 men but he had the advantage of using horses which were a strong advantage in battle and also his men had steel swords that were far superior to the probable bronze swords of the Incas plus he used subterfuge to trick the Inca emperor Atahualpa to come to his stronghold with only a few men to protect him.
