    A). No. It collects all the details listed in choice-D.

    B). I don't know what the UN recommends, but in the US,

    the Constitution requires a census every 10 years.

    C). It used to be 100% live face-to-face visits to every household

    by "census takers". They've backed off from that quite a bit, mainly

    because that process is so expensive. There are still a lot of live,

    face-to-face home visits, but I think that now the questionnaires do

    outnumber the live visits.

    D). Yes, yes, yes, and a lot more besides. It's really fascinating to

    search "census" on line, and see the enormous range of information

    that's in it.
