    Explanation:

    As fossil is a fragile leftover the imprint of the earlier remains of the dead body of the plants and the animals and thus needs to take care of when trying to collect or locate them. The type of rocks to look for is the most important aspect as the sedimentary rocks are most commonly fossil forming matter as they are arranged in different rocks strata, and layers. After which is the collection technique that depend on the rocks where they are found. Aluminum foil and cotton and plaster of Paris is used to safely take the imprints out. Documentation is also essential as they have a specific value and they should be properly documented as to identify. All this involves the ethical standards of data collection with prior permission.
