Compare Mexico City and Liverpool in terms of the quality of life. (8 marks)

Mexico City is very poor and has slums with little to no large buildings or structures, they also struggle with a water table issue underground which offsets the ground and surface of the city, mainly because the city takes more water than what is put in (and the city has dropped more than 30 feet down than where it was at before), while Liverpool is a grand city that is almost the polar opposite, and can be compared and related to New York City.
