The correct answer is - convergent plate boundary.

The Himalayan Mountain Range is the result of a convergent plate boundary. The Indian tectonic plate has been moving over the millions of years, from the eastern coast of Africa, through what is now the Indian Ocean, and collided with the Eurasian plate.

Both plates are continental plates, so non of them started subducting, but instead they were pushing against each other, and from the big pressure created, the land started to lift up, so gradually a mountain range was formed. This process isn't finished yet, and the Himalayas are still growing in height.
