What is a sustainable solution that the company can provide for child labour? Justify why it is more sustainable.

Child labour is banned in most countries. But in countries that do allow it (most likely third world countries) there are time restrictions on how long can a Child be put to work and what jobs can a Child do. If they go past these laws, it's called I think child exploitation or child abuse.
