    C. Diamond

    Explanation:

Unobtainium is rare and hard to find the imaginary impossible element and even if it had a hardness of 11 on the moho scale to form a gemstone of it would be unobtanium itself or the diamond which is the hardest element in the earth with a moho of 10.
