Western Europe is one of the most developed regions in the world. This is due to their heavily industrialized market economies which are producing both in large quantities and with excellent quality.

The workers are well treated in general. They are protected by both the governments and the labor unions. The wages are relatively high, and the unemployment rates are very low. The prices of the products on the market are not overpriced compared to the wages, and also everything is available for the ordinary people.

All that results in good standard of living, regionally speaking it is one of the best in the world.
