Answer: Jordan is positioned in the Middle East, a recognized geographical region of southwestern Asia, and is situated in both the northern and eastern hemispheres. Jordan is bordered by the countries of Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Israel, as well as the West Bank, the Gulf of Aqaba, Sea of Galilee and the Dead Sea.
