    The tallest mountain on earth Mount Everest which is part of the Himalayan orogeny of mountains. Mt Everest has a height of 8848 meters from means sea level located in the Mahalangur Himal subrange. It is a young fold mountain in the Northern side of India having formed by various thrust and folds in rocks each form is separated by another by low angle faults. Mountain has a sparse population of vegetation and consists of a dry and windy atmosphere. There are native flora and fauna at the height of 6480 meters. The northern approach of this mountain was discovered by 1921, British expeditions.
