    Rainfall ranges from 500 mm in northern parts to 1400mm in Central and western parts.

    Explanation:

    Africa being a diverse continent is about 8000 kilometers from North to south. And 7400 kilometers from west to east. Being the largest continent in the world unlimited, in terms of resources.

    The country has Atlas mountain and Great Sahara desert in the north precipitation is low and limited and countries like Niger, Mali, Algeria, Libya have warm and desert climate with scanty rainfall.

    Ethiopia, somali, and chad are outside this dry region but get very little rainfall. As they lye above the ITCZ zone.

    In South west it has desert like Kalahari desert hence rainfall is lowest on this side. Maximum temperature are found n the Northern and eastern parts.
