Why does the moon appear dark from space?

But why does it appear bright when observed from earth, especially when it is full moon?

    moon look dark in space because the space is not a body it is a black area where there is no tress of light. Our earth is luminous body and the moon is also a luminous body that's why the earth is getting light from the sun in the day and moon in night. the answer is simple due to the movement of earth, sun and moon.
