Radio waves (similar to electromagnetic radiation) travel at the same speed of light, that is 300,000 km/second.

Jupiter being at 630,000,000 km from earth, the time needed to get the radio waves on earth = 630,000,000/300,000 = 2,100 sec or 35 minutes
