The answer will be C. The continental crust is the cooler region. Because the more you go inward into the earth, the hotter it gets. Kinda like when you eat a straight out of the oven cookie. It's cool on the outside but hot in the inside.

The answer is C because the earth gets hotter as you go deeper into it therefore the continental crust which is the outside would be the coolest. The inner core is the hottest then the outer core then the mantle and then the crust would be the coolest.
