After the second world war, in our world there was a significant difference among the socialism and capitalism countries. Each side has there one way to establish a government and the economy of their countries.

Since the united nations started, the intention is to stop these differences, in the name of world peace.

The fact that the Security Council is formed by permanent countries of both sides, there is an equilibrium in the use of their weapons. In this way is a prevention to avoid a third world war.
