The correct answer is A) Crust.

The crustal layer on the surface of the Earth is the layer that experiences the least amount of pressure. The mantle layer, or the two layers of the core, the inner and outer ones, experience much bigger pressures. Actually it is very simple, the deeper the layer, the bigger pressure it has on our planet. So the inner core has the biggest pressure, than the outer core, next comes the mantle with incomparably lesser pressure, and than the crustal layer with incomparably lesser pressure even than the mantle layer bellow it. This alignment of the intensity of the pressure is because the Earth still has an active core.
