    C. The action of sweeping is not a fast and complete way, some harzardous materials may disperse with the sweeping action.

wash outside and the harzardous materials go down to the outside drains.

    The answer is; C

Sweeping the floor where hazardous material has spilled is not a good idea. This is because sweeping will disperse the material across the floor and diffuse it further hence increasing the chances of contamination. It is always prudent to clean the spill like it is without dispersing it further. Washing outside also exposes the outside environment to contamination. Rather, the spill needs to be properly disposed of in a requisite container.
