    The correct answer is - D. Ecuadorians that speak Quechua have the most political influence.

    This statement is not true about Ecuador. People in Ecuador predominantly speak Spanish, and even though Quechua is an official language as well, it is not as dominant as the Spanish. The formal communication in the country, including the political circles too, is performed in Spanish language, and even though there's lots of politicians that speak Quechua, the language itself is not determining any higher status or bigger political influence whatsoever.
