The pink flowers are more visible than the brown flowers since there are a lot of other brown things in the environment, like soil and tree branches, so the hummingbird pollinates the pink flowers more often. Through time, less and less brown flowers are pollinated because of this lack of visibility, and thus, after many generations, only the pink flowers remain.
