Option - (B) : The condensation process has a drying effect on the air.

As, the different layers inside such a region's atmosphere is dried out by the process of condensation. And most of the region is left with no to less then the normal level of moisture inside the state of California, US. While, most of the species living in the region are more arranged in terms or having a very specific system to resist the heat present inside the region. As, such conditions gives rise to more high levels of temperature inside the different regions. But speaking specifically of the Iee (Ieeward) side of the Sierra Nevada's of California which is targeted by the displacement of the moisture or we can simply say that the droplets from the atmosphere is all due to the presence of the condensation processes inside the regional atmosphere.
