The sun is not a planet it's The biggest start among others!
Explanation:
Giordani Bruno even dared to suggest that the Sun was a star, and that the other stars had planets orbiting around them. He got burned at the stake for his heretic ideas. Some other had it better: they were just put in house arrest and had their books confiscated.
