Nuclear weapons are banned in outer space. Any ship may sail the high seas and fish its waters as long as the ship is registered to a state. The high seas are reserved for peaceful purposes. States are not responsible for the damage done by their spacecraft to other spacecraft in outer space. States may not claim sovereign territory in Antarctica.

    Explanation:

    These are areas that lie beyond the national laws also-called as international waters and are these marine areas that around the distance of the 200 nautical miles. Are referred to as the Exclusive Economic zone and these water covers about half of the earth's surface and makes about 2/3 of the world oceans.
