    Explanation:

    the geological time scale is a method to mesure the events that have ocurred on earth, like somekinf of record using the registered information between layers and types of rocks found on the soil of the planet as well as leftovers of plants and animal fossils. Geologic time is divided into four large segments called Eons: Hadean, Archean, Paleozoic and Phanerozic which is as well divided into eras.
