    Explanation:

    In troposphere when we moves upward the temperatures goes on decreasing.

    In troposphere the temperature is taken from the ground surface as the altitude increases the temperature effect from the ground keeps on decreasing so the temperature start getting cooler as the height increase.

    hence the best answer is that the lower gas is warmer than the higher one.
