Rainfall causes most of the erosion on Earth.

    Explanation:

Erosion is a 'geological process' where the materials on Earth are worn away by the natural elements like water and wind. Liquid water is the major element for erosion. Most erosion on the planet is caused by the glaciers (melting ice). Rainfall too causes erosion when bits of sand and soil are slowly washing away the sediments. There are 'four types' of rainfall erosion namely-Splash, Sheet, Gully and Rill erosion.
