The answer to this question is due to the fact that "the hemisphere of the Sun is tilted towards the Sun during its revolution". This is the reason why during the sun and seasons animation with the selected altitude being 66 1/2 degrees and this is also the reason that the maximum temperature is not as high as at other altitudes.
