    Even though Finland and North Korea are thousands of kilometers away from each other, with Finland being in Northern Europe, and North Korea in East Asia, there's only one country between them. The only country that separates these two countries is the largest in the world Russia. Finland of course borders the European, much more developed part of Russia, while North Korea borders the eastern part of Asian Russia, practically Siberia, which is much less developed. These countries are totally different from one another in every aspect, be it politically, socially, economically, geographically, climate etc.
