Normally people put prerecorded call messages so as to communicate information due to their unavailability and buisneses use them to reach out to thier large customers at the same time, but Due to the corona virus shutdown, People who patronize these service reduced their patronage because they were now present or available to answer their calls or communicate to other people (eg friends) directly as everybody was at home and because businesses and companies shut down, there was no much need to send voice broadcast messages to customers that was why there was a 40% decrease between February and April as recorded by the US.
