    Explanation:

    The total amount of chips = 7 red + 9 green + 3 yellow + 6 blue = total of 25 Then the probability of drawing yellow chips = 3/25 = 12%. The probability of drawing blue chips is equal to 6 / (25-1) = 25%. Which is already replaced above. Thus there is 12 and 25 percent probability of getting a green and a yellow chip.
