Imagine that a new community is being developed on the outskirts of your neighborhood. As a professional working in your chosen geographic field, what are your responsibilities? What problems will you face? Consider what happens as plans are developed for the new community, as construction begins, and as people relocate to the new area. What issues will you face as the geographer and how can you resolve them? Think about transportation issues, building codes, tourism, shopping, employment, and other needs and desires of citizens in your community.

My responsibility in this activity within the community is to develop a new community or a new type of neighborhood with new responsibilities and aptitudes. I can face problems and setbacks due to criticisms and complaints that do not bring benefit to the work, however, I can meet positive and optimistic people. As the plan unfolds there are several steps that arise from the initial idea and project guidelines, the construction contains an elaborate and detailed plan and a schedule of activities for each worker. In these guidelines are marked the possible solutions to different types of problems found throughout the work. Transportation, labor, materials and especially the budget. For this there is a list of problem solvency codes and norms and guidelines established for each situation. The citizens of this community will be satisfied with the result.
