How has the Nile river been the lifeblood of North Africa

    It is a north flowing river, and is on the north eastern continent of Africa.

    Because Africa is a desert, especially to the North. Without the Nile, it's possible there might not have been life there. Also, there wouldn't be a bunch of stupid puns around how it sounds like denial.
