One type of flora that can be found in a tropical wet climate zone is A. tall tense forests of broad leaf trees. There are also approximately 2,800 plant species in the tropical rain forest in Australia. Of those 2,800, 25 percent are endemic of the area. As of 2017, tropical rainforests cover only 6 percent of the Earth's surface area. However, this 6 percent produces 40 percent of our oxygen. The tropical rainforests also support half the animal and plant species in the entire world.
