    The correct answer is - C. 15,000 BCe - 5,000 BCE.

    In this period the population has a very slow rise in numbers, keep in mind that even though the number hasn't gone significantly up, still the population number has tribbled in this period, so we can not say that the population has stayed pretty much the same, but just that the increase in number is not that big. In this period we have lots of migrations throughout most of the world, lots of which in very dangerous places that took lots of lives, so the births and deaths were very close in number and the population was only seeing a slow growth in number.
