So during the 1970-90s the gopniks all gathered near the lakes in order to satisfy their famine from communist regime. Unfortunately humans can not breathe under water so, fisherman in present day are still recovering bodies from the bottom of these lakes of these gopniks. Thousands still remain in lakes across this nation.
