    Clouds are visible mass of frozen crystals made of water or different kinds of chemicals suspended in the atmosphere. There are many types of clouds which also comes in different cloud level that the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) has extended. These include: cirrus, cirrocumulus, and cirrostratus at High Clouds or Cloud High (CH); altocumulus, altostratus, and nimbostratus on Medium High; and, Stratocumulus, stratus, and cumulus a Low Cloud level.

    Therefore, cumulus and stratus clouds belong to low cloud level.
