    If a country has a low gdp then most people cant afford education

    if wealth is not distributed well it means a large amount of people will or will not get to study.

    the quality of education will not a matter much with literacy rates as long as they are receiving education.

    people in the mountains of peru will possibly not get the education possible because they live far away from a close school or learning
