    The correct answer is B. The government has enforced programs to make the groups stay in one place.

    Mongols are moving into the cities (mainly in the capital Ulan Bator) because of the trends, the attractiveness of the cities as to how they are presented to them by the government, and also the young people want to be in touch with the modern time. Also another reason is the increased desertification of Mongolia which makes nomadic lifestyle much harder.
