    1. Northern Europe near the Arctic Circle.

    Explanation:

The Polar Bear or White Bear is a mammal of the Ursidae family, found in the Arctic Circle (in Greenland, Svalbard, Russia, Alaska, and Canada) and in nearby areas. They do not exist in Antarctica. It is the largest of the bears and the largest land carnivorous species, adapted to live in low temperature regions, has very peculiar characteristics, such as improved swimming for seal hunting. Its distribution limit is determined by the presence of the fixed ice layer during the winter and the floating one during the rest of the year. It eventually gets closer to where ice meets water, where seals abound. Many researchers consider him to be a marine mammal, as he lives in ice-floated regions in the ocean, hence the name Ursus maritimus.

Reindeers inhabit far-flung regions of northern Europe, North America and Asia. They live in the forests, arctic tundra, and tree-less plains of the far north of the planet. Reindeer live in herds that cross long distances between their winter and summer habitats. They are characteristic of the arctic regions of northern Canada, Alaska, Russia, Scandinavia, and Iceland.
