    Eastern Europe experiences a region of plain terrain and receives much rainfall than other surrounding regions.

    Explanation:

    Food production majorly caused by the preferred climatic conditions such as rainfall, temperature and humidity, then the need of topographical advantage like Plain surfaces and fertile soil. Eastern Europe includes some parts of Mediterranean climate, so it experiences as a favourable climate for agriculture which receives more rainfall in winter rather than summer due to shifting of wind belts in winter solstice in Northern hemisphere. Eastern Europe performing the orchard farming and produce cereals in huge quantity like Wheat.
