    A similarity between the leaders of state executive and legislative branches is that they serve four year terms of office.

    Explanation:

    There are three branches of the government they are the legislative branch, the executive branch and lastly the judicial branch. The legislative branch makes different laws, the executive branch carries out different types of law and lastly the judicial branch evaluates the laws. These three branches are separate as well as independent. They maintain a balance between each other.

    There are certain similarity between the executive branch and the legislative branch the leaders are elected on the basis of popular votes, the leaders take part in making state laws.
