Divergent plate boundaries its a constructive plate boundary.

    Explanation:

The mid-Atlantic ridge that lies in between the Atlantic ocean is part of the longest mountain chain on the planet. It's separated from North American Eurasian plates and extends from a junction of Gakkel ridge found in the northeast of Greenland. This ridge was discovered in 1850 through the HMS challenger, and since its discovery, the worldwide study of various ocean patterns and the discovery of the spreading of plated and continents away from the center have led to the scientist to the discovery of lots of lost continent and establishment of new theories. Its notable feature is deep rift valley, this rift marks the actual boundary between the adjacent tectonic plate and the spitting of magma which is divided into north and southward alignment of the earth in the new and older fashion.

    Divergent plate boundaries -

It is the location, where the plates move away from each other, due to the increasing convection currents.

Due to which, the rising current push the bottom of the lithosphere, lift and flow beneath it.
