Malaria is a mosquito-borne disease that affects both humans and animals. Malaria can come with symptoms such as tiredness, fever, vomiting, headaches.

    Explanation:

There has been studies on the potential solutions to curbing the spread of malaria as there are no trace of human to human transmission of malaria cases. There has been lots of vector controls on eliminating the spread of mosquitoes and its diseases.

Common solutions to stopping the spread of malaria is constant fumigation of the environment, use of insect repellent, use of mosquito treated nets. There is also need to keep the general environment clean by avoiding stagnant water, which are the breeding grounds for mosquitoes and constant draining of gutters and sewers. Of recent, their are electronic mosquitoes repellent devices.

There should be continuous awareness on the dangers of malaria. Such awareness and sensitization programs will alert people of breeding grounds for mosquitoes. Awareness can make individuals to adopt and maintain cleaner environments and know the risks associated with malaria, especially to pregnant women.

Finally, medical protection against the spread of the parasite is also a good solution. This is especially for people who are traveling to mosquito infested area; where they can take malaria drugs, atleast, 1 week before travelling to those locations.
