Both Warren Harding and Calvin Coolidge supported pro-business policies and only Harding's government became famous for scandals after his death. The right answer is D.

Harding died in 1923 most probably of a heart attack. His vice-president Calvin Coolidge took office as the 30th president of the United States.

They were both Republicans and conservatives. Harding supported laissez-faire and was firmly against the US joining the League of Nations. While his government was calm, after his death a long series of scandals came to light; thus although he was popular during his presidency, today his government tops amongst the worst-rated in US history.
