    Process to amend the constitution formally.

    Explanation:

    An approved variation is called an amendment. To amend the constitution both parties of Congress have to vote for the constitution for a majority of two-third. An amendment can be offered by two-thirds of both parties of Congress. The constitution can also be amended by two-thirds of state legislatures by entreating Congress to announce a national assembly to offer amendments. An amendment can be approved by an affirmative vote in three-fourths of all state legislature.
