The state board of education is formed to develop the personality of the child and to make child an all rounder. It should focus on other things also apart from the academic achievements of the child.

In the case of Alison, the board should take in to considerations the dance classes of Alison as an alternative to the gym because in the dance class also Alison gets involved in some physical activities. So she need not go to the gym.
