What were the arguments made by anti federalist and federalist over adding a bill of rights to the constitution?

Federalists believe in the Virginia Plan which included having more representatives to represent bigger states because of the population.

Anti-Federalists believed in having every state have an equal member of representatives, which is the New Jersey Plan. It was in favor of small states like New York, New Jersey, etc.
